She will also support ACYLogix Group\u2019s international expansion, new product initiatives and broader strategic growth.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Denise brings more than 20 years of experience across banking, financial services, fintech and payments, having held senior executive, legal and compliance leadership positions throughout her career. Her experience includes working with financial regulators, securing financial services licences, developing governance frameworks and advising boards and executive leadership on complex legal and regulatory matters.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A qualified Australian solicitor with an unrestricted practising certificate, Denise brings a commercially focused approach to legal, compliance and governance.
